We are very experienced in measured building surveys and producing floor plans, projects can range from major historic buildings and complex retail units to basic letting area plans. Once horizontal and vertical control has been established, infill measurements are taken and plotted direct into Autocad. Please note that all our surveys are fully controlled.
We specialise in all types of elevations ranging from basic "rights of light" type elevations to more detailed, high accuracy ones. Remote laser fixing of features is used to provide accurate levels and position for points across the facade.
Traditional remote survey techniques or high definition laser scanning.
Sections are usually produced in conjunction with floor plans and elevations, but can be produced as a separate entity.
Elevational detail can easily be incorporated.
Fine detailing can be measured or scanned to enable exact replication of mouldings, fireplaces, cornices, dado rails etc.
